If you have had the pleasure of meeting Liz- then you know her energy and passion are contagious!! Liz has been in the industry for over ten years and has worked with 100’s of investors both large and small. She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM, and has earned her Master Property Manager designation as well as her Residential Management Professional designation. Liz has had the honor to serve NARPM at the Local and State Level and will be the National President in 2022. Liz graduated from Sandalwood High School in 1993 and will forever be a Saint! In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and playing golf.

Henry Bower, Director of Property Management, is a 30-year resident and prior business owner in Jacksonville, FL.  He is a graduate of Stanton High School and earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.  Henry began his professional experience in the health insurance industry, helping clients get the most from their insurance benefits.  His attention to detail and understanding of the complex financial interactions, coupled with outstanding customer service, guide him in his business pursuits.  After working in the Insurance industry, Henry's entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and he decided to go out on his own and became a successful private business owner, running a successful retail establishment for over 10 years. He now applies his years of hands-on experience, can-do attitude, and dedication to client satisfaction, to managing residential rental properties in the greater Jacksonville area.
